Pros
- professional - knowledgeable - innovative - work life balance out of all the consulting firms I've worked for, I can undoubtedly say GlideFast is by far beyond any other working environment. The quality of contracts, customers and co-workers is great. This is a place you can grow and progress while having an enjoyable career. I would totally recommend anyone work here as long as you are dedicated with a strong work ethic. I've brought on former colleagues and they say it's refreshing being here not dealing with the other environments at the majority of the other ServiceNow consulting firms. As to the negative reviews, I have not experienced any what was stated - I'm definitely not a gamer and I've not had any bad experience while here.
Cons
There are no working cons at all. If anything, more options for healthcare could be better - being said, the options aren't bad now, just average. That's not really on them, healthcare is a complicated mess anywhere
