Pros

GlideFast challenges me to become a better developer and consultant. I love our team. We are truly a family. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help me when I get stuck. I have my team lead to escalate non-technical questions to, but no ‘micromanager’ type of people to answer to.

Cons

GlideFast is a younger company, so not everything is perfect. I do see processes continue to improve. Also we use ServiceNow for timecards, expenses, project management, and other operations. This is cool because it feels like we are drinking our own champagne and we are automating more and more each day.

Pros

The CEO...huge pro here. Mike is a wonderful leader and is building a 'family like' culture. Teams communicate to help each other whenever needed. We are always learning and growing from each other. It's hard to find a more passionate group of ServiceNow professionals....we are fanatics about ServiceNow! For those who like consulting and don't want to travel...this place is for you! I truly truly love working here and would scream it from the rooftops. This place is going places fast! They listen to employees feedback, ideas, and truly care what we want to say. Everything you do at a company this size makes a HUGE difference.

Cons

For those who like consulting an DO want to travel... this would be a con. I do love to travel and don't, but sure I could if I asked enough :) Processes are still being worked through since this is such a young company, but an exciting opportunity for those who are building them.

No Leadership, Bad Culture, High School-Like-Cliques

Pros

Delivery team is good and carry's the companies reputation in the ecosystem

Cons

Lack of sales leadership, little to no experience selling or leading sales teams and said executives are friends of the founder and wouldn't get a leadership role anywhere other than GlideFast. Sales Ops leadership (Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons) runs the sales organization.
