      Pros

      GDS has the best employees! I look forward to coming to work everyday. I started at an entry level position and worked my way up to a management position in less than 10 year. For anyone is who is looking for a career not a job, GDS is great.

      Cons

      Sometime upper level management is slow to make changes, however they usually make the right decisions...albeit slowly.

      Pros

      A company that you want to work for is GDS. It has training programs, rewards hard work, and provides a pathway to advance your career. The culture is one built off respect and teamwork. I work with smart, thoughtful, and fun people everyday. It is challenging but rewarding.

      Cons

      The company is maturing and growth is sometimes hard. Bringing on additional A-players is essential.
