      Pros

      For any motivated self-starter, GDS provides a dynamic opportunity for imprinting your talent across multiple areas of the company in support of a national client base.

      Cons

      No company is perfect but GDS' opportunities far outweigh any cons. Not necessicarily a con but i hope that its field offices continue to see growth in personnel and not just in Lafayette.

      Pros

      Tons of learning opportunities in a bunch of different technology/telecom areas. My coworkers are a lot of fun to be around which makes it fun coming to work Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      You get pulled in different directions so it makes it hard to focus sometimes but I guess that's part of the learning piece. We don't hear about what is going on enough from our manager so sometimes you learn things from other employees that turns out to be only partially true.
