Pros

Paychecks didn’t bounce. There are some good people.

Cons

No vision. Ownership is only worried with themselves. They will take advantage of you in the way out. You only have a future with the company if you are based in the Lafayette office, and then only a 30% chance. Unkept promises - raises, bonuses, etc. never happened.

Competitive pay, vision is on par, but no leadership to back it up

Cons

Everything. Morale is terrible. Nobody wants to work here. Empty promises. Weeks to hear back on anything you need. DO NOT work here.

Pros

Friendly low tier staff that were easy to relate to.

Cons

The company as a whole doesn't care for your well-being, they will overwork you for below average pay per the average of the position. Assign you to things that are out of the scope of the original job description. Once they have no more use for you expect to be completely cut out of their consideration.
