Opportunity to grow

Pros

This company has the opportunity to grow into a power house in the Advanced IT Services industry. The company is optimally positioned, and is somewhat recession proof due to diversity of markets served. Great family environment. A lot of money to be made.

Cons

Executive management can be difficult to pin down. With all of the growth potential in this company, they are still inefficient and can sometimes leave you scratching your head.

Pros

Tons of learning opportunities in a bunch of different technology/telecom areas. My coworkers are a lot of fun to be around which makes it fun coming to work Good pay and benefits

Cons

You get pulled in different directions so it makes it hard to focus sometimes but I guess that's part of the learning piece. We don't hear about what is going on enough from our manager so sometimes you learn things from other employees that turns out to be only partially true.

Decent pay. Family owned business.

Cons

Not a technical position Management would often ignore suggestions from senior personnel. Even with ample experience, you're still treating like a Private in the military.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Since we are a geographically dispersed organization, we have looked for ways to better obtain and act on employee suggestions. Most recently, we implemented a suggestion system that is available 24/7 to all employees via a weblink. The link has been included in the past two newsletters and is also posted on the homepage of the HR Intranet site and the payroll portal home page. On the topic of wages, we are currently in the process of conducting a market based salary study using a third party compensation analyst. We expect to have the results back and the formal plan rolled out by Q2 2015. We have some really good things coming up and will be sharing lots of information in our all company meeting in the next couple of months. Thanks again for your input.
