      GDS is great at what is does. CEO not so much

      Pros

      Operations and customer satisfaction is top notched. Anyone looking to develop themselves technically will be served well. Customers will receive excellent service from highly skilled staff. Training is great.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is mixed. The CEO is not a good leader. Negative and unyielding. Does not lead by example. Do not expect coaching or encouragement. Justin Getzinger is a good sales leader.
