      The mid to low level employees are great to work with. The opportunity to learn and grow in your concentration learning from your peers is great Strong presence in the local area with multiple verticals in customer environments

      Small privately owned company where the top leadership is prone to making rash decisions Growth within the company is limited dependent on your connections to upper management

      Exposure to technology, some decent projects on SMB networks. Autonomy for field engineers, almost to a fault Co-workers were top notch at the time SOME of the salespeople were good Mgmt. shakeups showed company was trying to make things better?

      OTHER salespeople were unknowledgeable. highly unorganized work situation, typical for consulting companies hand-off from sales to PS was attrocious High employee turnover, and very high management turnover
