      Exposure to technology, some decent projects on SMB networks. Autonomy for field engineers, almost to a fault Co-workers were top notch at the time SOME of the salespeople were good Mgmt. shakeups showed company was trying to make things better?

      OTHER salespeople were unknowledgeable. highly unorganized work situation, typical for consulting companies hand-off from sales to PS was attrocious High employee turnover, and very high management turnover

      Not a technical position Management would often ignore suggestions from senior personnel. Even with ample experience, you're still treating like a Private in the military.

      Thank you for your candid feedback. Since we are a geographically dispersed organization, we have looked for ways to better obtain and act on employee suggestions. Most recently, we implemented a suggestion system that is available 24/7 to all employees via a weblink. The link has been included in the past two newsletters and is also posted on the homepage of the HR Intranet site and the payroll portal home page. On the topic of wages, we are currently in the process of conducting a market based salary study using a third party compensation analyst. We expect to have the results back and the formal plan rolled out by Q2 2015. We have some really good things coming up and will be sharing lots of information in our all company meeting in the next couple of months. Thanks again for your input.
