      GDS is a great place to work if you are looking for a career, not just a job

      Pros

      GDS focuses on developing its employees through training and mentoring. If you are looking for a career with growth potential GDS is a great place to work! I have been with the company for 10+ years. I started at an entry level position and worked my way up to a managerial position.

      Cons

      Executive Management is sometimes slow to make decisions but they do usually make the right one.

      Pros

      Paychecks didn’t bounce. There are some good people.

      Cons

      No vision. Ownership is only worried with themselves. They will take advantage of you in the way out. You only have a future with the company if you are based in the Lafayette office, and then only a 30% chance. Unkept promises - raises, bonuses, etc. never happened.
