The training process is a mess, it is more of a crash course style and very sink or swim. They treat their employees as disposable. I also requested ADA Accommodations for two years and was completely ignored. While the first department I was in was incredible, the other departments that I worked in needed complete overhaul. Keep documentation of everything you possibly can, because you will have to advocate yourself strongly. They will try to scare tactic and bully you, but if you make sure to protect yourself by learning your rights and keeping documentation, you may be okay. They also issues write ups in training.
