      1. Most of your coworkers are awesome! 2. Saving lives and helping people daily. 4. Good benefits, albeit overpriced.

      Cons

      1. High turnover due to low wages and seniority-based shift bidding. 2. Constantly understaffed and overworked. 3. Human resources are outsourced and a joke. 4. Shift supervisors are often nowhere to be found. 5. Management doesn't care.

      Pros

      benefits are ok but the pay is mediocre at best.

      Cons

      Aloof management and diminishing just culture. Ever changing policies protect corporate employees and back front line employees into a corner. This company forgets who butters their bread.
