      Great Partners in a busy system.

      Cons

      The usual high call volume and not being able to staff enough units to keep up. Holdovers almost every shift. Huge pay rate differences.

      Autonomy, Schedule, OT due to inability to retain staff

      Cons

      Staff are underpaid and under appreciated Pays 30-60% less than local facilities Training is non existent (not enough preceptors to go around) Management plays favorites and will tell new and seasoned employees lies to get them to agree to things not in their best interest and potentially harmful to licensure. Always changing operational protocols Poor staff retention Lip service from management
