Everytime someone from corporate comes in they say hello to everyone..growth potential and encourage. Free lunch and coffee. Very supportive. Large organization with family like feel.

Cons

None to be honest. I've work for many different organizations and I never felt so secure,supportive and valued

Stable company, Bonuses and Team oriented They actively work at making a better company. They made strides in a short amount of time.

Cons

I think upper management could be more flexible and think outside the box a bit more when it comes to how things work inside the company. Communication needs improvement.
