      Pros

      I have been with Global for almost 10 years in a variety of roles and the company always keeps me interested as it grows. There is lots of opportunity to work on interesting projects and to work in different areas of the company as internal career progression is a focus. If you want to do something different or move up there is opportunity to do so. It is a solid company that will be here for the long term and the CEO is admired and has a good vision for the future . The CEO asks people company wide to submit improvement ideas and they actually get implemented.

      Cons

      With any growing company there is lots of change - this can be exciting for some people and unnerving for others. However, these changes are necessary in order to bring the company forward.
