      Competitive wages and benefits, decent company perks. High volume and fast- paced for those that like this type of work environment.

      departments are held to different levels of accountability, "blame-game" cycle, no culture, lack of communication, minimal growth opportunities, zero training

      Pros

      Branford office - nice facility, my supervisor very nice and teaches with constructive critcism.

      Cons

      Feel disconnected from other departments, some clicks, no flex hours or summer hours. I don't see much room for growth within the company.

      Pros

      Growth oriented company. Very good bonus system and they have a very highly competitive compensation package and benefits system. Easy access to location and ample parking

      Cons

      Leadership lacking at HQ and they rarely get involved with sub office issues which allows some Mangers to act unprofessional. Immense stress. Very limited possibility for employee to grow with company. A culture of micro-managing. No recognition of in-house talent. Limited training.
