      The job is ever changing and one day is different from the next. There is flexibility because you write your own schedule.

      Cons

      Lacks life/work balance. You are on call 24/7 if you are in a 24 hr location. Employees make minimum wage so hiring talented, trustworthy, energetic employees is difficult.
