Fast-paced, decent benefits, charitable culture, approachable CEO. Benefits and pay were comparable.

Cons

Inability to make important decisions in a timely manner, generally afraid of change, very clique-y. Not much diversity going on here.

The job is ever changing and one day is different from the next. There is flexibility because you write your own schedule.

Cons

Lacks life/work balance. You are on call 24/7 if you are in a 24 hr location. Employees make minimum wage so hiring talented, trustworthy, energetic employees is difficult.
