Pros

Nothing. They will drain you with working and not give you much of a life outside the office. Get ready to work late and 7 days a week. The people here are all stressed and on edge.

Cons

Everything about this place except the coffee bar and cafeteria is a Con. Management here is awful. Executives try to act like a bunch of badasses in their BMW's . Ridiculous. IT employees have major anger problems....don't ask them for help. Everyone who was decent there have moved on. AP AR in CT are all rude as well....dont go to them for help.

Pros

Nothing positive very racist company

Cons

The company is very racist and discrimination is the only thing they give to their employee the upper management has no value for the employees they terminate without any reason just on the base of religion the manager thinks the employees are slave and used abusive words. The HRM and CEO DOES not listen to any employee concerns and complaints.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Meet some nice people.

Cons

-The company communication is almost non-existent. I say almost, because extra work is always communicated. However, no more hours are given to you to accomplish it with. The GM is often given no notice about major undertakings happening at their site. -Poor training on some core elements of the position. -Store resets are not well planned or executed. -Multiple weekly meetings are a complete repeat from the week before and unannounced TM visits will eat up your whole day. A ridiculous amount of unnecessary tasks take up time you need to do the endless cycle counts, paperwork, scheduling, ordering, cooking, stocking, cleaning, hiring, training, errands, etc. that are required. -It is not very high pay for the associates, so turnover is very high and productivity is low. -Constantly being told that you are appreciated, but never being shown that you are. -No matter how much you work, it is never enough. Unrealistic expectations by upper management. -Ridiculous push on the perks program. -Products forced in and you get dinged for the waste. -Many equipment problems and low quality fixtures. -Worst POS equipment I have ever worked with!
