Abusive managers, low pay, long hours.

Pros

People constantly called out so opportunity to add more hours when you’re part time. Possible yearly raise for all employees. Able to go to school full time.

Cons

Low pay. Managers forcing you to stay past your shift because people called out and they don’t want to come in/stay longer. Expected to work rush hours running a register, helping customers, and make food by yourself. Sexual harassment that’s constantly reported but upper management does nothing about it.

Unprofessional. Toxic. Immature. Lazy. Irresponsible. Conniving. Immoral. Ineffectual. Inept. Dysfunctional. Inappropriate. Unfit. Ignorant. This is your leadership team. This is what they perpetuate.

Cons

Effective leaders earn the respect of their people by example. As you can surmise by my description above, that is not the case here. Now ask yourself- "Am I desperate enough to knowingly put myself in THAT environment?"

Does not care about employees. Lowest paying convience store. Work alone with no breaks. Terrible upper management.
