      Pros

      No pros at this place, they have no process of procedures in place, one of the worst experiences of my career. My advice to others don't do it unless you will be working with offshore teams so they can eventually take your job. The executives are only concerned with getting richer. What a bunch of idiots, they get hacked several years ago and they still haven't learned their lesson.

      Everything except some of the people you get to know are pretty nice and down to earth.

      Time off and sick leave available

      Cons

      We've merged with another company and changed our name. Our location management team no longer exist. New employees are being paid more than their managers. Senior leaders insist on being secretive. The first company's now running the show. The morale is down and employees are over worked. Horrible company to work for.

      Smart and helpful people Lots of opportunities to move around if you want to Positive financial outlook, proven growth strategy Nice culture; good work-life balance Strong benefits package in regards to vacation/sick days, health insurance, and 401K Overall competitive salaries

      Employee training could be better Lots of change and fast pace due to all the acquisitions and growth; could be seen as a pro though
