      Great Place to Get Started in Customer Service!

      Pros

      Nice people and management was willing to help train and teach you anything you needed to know to do your job. Always has a chance to advance and improve. you can go from a Rep I to Rep III easily. You are acknowledged for your good work!

      Cons

      Politics like any other place. you cant be a minute late to work or back from break or you get in trouble, which normally consist of you having to get an "event/ occurrence" and using personal/ vacation time to cover it. They also sent some of the call center job to the Philippians.

      I enjoyed working with Global Payments. The people I worked for gave me the opportunity to grow as an administrator.

      Pros

      The compensation was fair and competitive with other financial organizations. The CEO Paul R Garcia cares for his employees and will involve himself personally in their future with the company. I would love to work for them again.

      Not much to say about the cons. I loved working for the company.
