      The work was good but boring

      Pros

      My boss, and management in general, was always supportive. Plus the location was nice (in suburbs, near restaurants) and the building was relatively new.

      Cons

      Some employees did not work up to their full potential, and there was very little flexibility with hours or scheduling.

      People are great and easygoing Monthly department outings builds team spirit Very liberal with flexible work schedule If you are in the right "Clique" there is lots of opportunity to move to management

      Upper management is worthless Products are old Platforms are outdated Raises and promotions seem to be arbitrary and based on whether you hang out with the right people
