Pros

Stable company, with large percentage of revenue growth per quarter. The benefits package is decent, and on par with other large companies. There is a training and lecture series. There is a lot of cultural and ethnic diversity. Many people tend to work here for several years. Nice building, facilities, and location, with safe, covered parking There is a cafeteria on site with decent food, and decent prices.

Cons

The annual salaries could be higher at Global Payments.

Pros

Its a Paycheck. Great location, Cool industry.

Cons

Working for Global Payments is a bit like going to high school. If you are not part of the "in" crowd you are out. They are very slow to provide recognition for a job well done. There is a complete lack of training across all business segments. Employees are expected to fix everything with little to no support from upper management.
