Pros

Friendly and welcoming leadership team. Serious about safety and procedures. Staff events, parties and BBQs. Breakroom with pool table and games. Chances to move teams and progress upwards with courses.

Cons

Classic warehouse environment, lots of inappropriate conversation which could offend at times. Not really the company's fault, but they certainly don't do anything is discourage it.
