      Pros

      Good pay for the job and very flexible. They'll work with your schedule. They provide your work shirts free of charge and they provide different types of training.

      Cons

      No benefits other than 401K and employee discount program, because they hired the security escorts temporary part time instead of full time. There IS No Secret clearance; just suitability. Perhaps it just depends on the site one works. I though I'd get health insurance for my family and I and the clearance; that's why I applied.

      Pros

      Collaborative environment. Great benefits package. Flexible work schedule. Incredible work-Life balance. Diversified through business units and agencies. I work with a great bunch of professionals that understand business and family and work to achieve the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      As a recruiter, with an OPs and BD background I find that I encounter self induced stress in order to meet deadlines. Proposals can be tedious if you don't have the right managers, but we are able to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.

      Pros

      Very responsive Mentor-Protégé Program. The Program manager was very helpful to me and always gave me 360-feedback. GRS has a positive workplace environment and everyone is willing to help you and see you succeed.

      Cons

      This is a great company to intern for and I would recommend this company!
