      There are no known positives of this company.

      Cons

      Clear nepotism; threat of termination due to injury; scheduling; HR never responds; timesheets that don't account for 24 hour manning and like to blank out without notice. Blatantly stated discrimination to the one person I did refer to the company. "We are looking for someone younger."

      A small company with large company performance

      Has all the programs and benefits of a large company; family atmosphere; policies, procedures, and IT are tight. Values all its employees

      Cons

      Not company specific, but government contracting can be sporadic. GRS does its best to place employees elsewhere in the company when contracts end.

      Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Company centered around employees, owner is hands on and manager care enough to listen to employees needs. Each employee is valued and every quarter their are awards handed out along with spot bonuses. HQ team is very responsive with a fully organized HR department that goes above and beyond to assist new and current employees.
