Pros
Easily accessible recruiters that don't treat you like chattel. Very fair commission for recruiters placing candidates. High compensation rates for candidates. Small company with a funky start-up like culture for recruiting employees - creativity and ingenuity are embraced and there is a genuine happiness when recruiters place candidates in jobs.
Cons
Smaller agency than some of the bigger agencies on the market - doesn't have the luxury of tons of resources that come with higher capital.
