Downtown Portsmouth location good for lunch.

Cons

Very gossipy and clique work enviorment. CEO that bought company has no idea how to be kind, only condescending. Miserable place to work!!!!

We do not normally respond to HR issues through Glassdoor, but our reputation for being a fantastic place to work is important to us. And, in this instance subjective statements were made that are very different than what we believe is true. To date, HR and I have only formally disciplined one employee at GTT and it was on the same day this review was made. That person left the company shortly after this review. The remainder of our team has shared with me that we enjoy an open, fun and excellent work environment. I genuinely care for the welfare of everyone working for us and truly enjoy empowering them to succeed. Sincerely, Barry Farah

What's the difference between Global Technical Talent and Prestige Worldwide? Absolutely nothing, they're both run by idiots.

Cons

I wish I was joking about the above statement, but unfortunately I'm not. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can.

parking and location are good perks

An abusive and poisonous environment that starts from the top. The CEO is self absorbed, rude and uses his senior staff to validate his behavior. He uses his power to belittle his staff and requires people to say positive things publicly about GTT. The process team he created has no previous industry experience and is used to further drive his point of view on new employees and report back to him. Zero HR in place to help with the abuse The lowest form of recruiting imaginable where everything is done in the form of bulk email and clients are all 3rd party vendor systems.
