Pros: GTT is a wonderful organization to work. Our CEO is one of my inspiration who motivates you. We have the best manager, lead, sales person who supports you in every part of your work. Great work culture, process oriented and a great place to work with direct clients. You can earn monumental amounts if your appetite allows. The best thing is that it provides you remote work option. Also, the incentive structure is quite attractive.
