Pros

The team at this recruiting agency has been very proactive in finding good fits for me and my skill set. Everyone is cheerful and positive about next steps, and making sure they're matching the best jobs for my profile. They took strong initiative in getting me placed, and was substantial in getting me my job in no time flat (about 2 weeks). Other recruiting companies had wasted my time taking 2-3 months. I definitely recommend Global Technical Talent for recruiting services. 5-stars-nothing less.

Cons

The CEO is out spoken; however, if you keep it professional and don't take it personal you will get along just fine.

Pros

Management gives you every opportunity to grow and learn the business. I have been here at GTT now for 3 plus years and really enjoy it. Recruiting/Sales is a very competitive Industry and is not for everyone. I have worked at 4 different agencies in the past 20 years and GTT is certainly very fair to there employees. You have to be very driven and motivated by making money to be successful at any agency. We have won several awards this past year and our company is growing rapidly, awards include INC magazine fastest growing companies in NH and nationally. Our CEO was an E and Y finalist this year and is working very hard to make our company the best.

Cons

Some agencies use whats called a full desk model and some use what;s called a split desk model. GTT uses the split desk model which adds another qualifying layer. It's not really a con it's just different than what I have done in the past.

Pros

Great growth potential with the Company tremendously the past couple years; Dedicated and Understanding Management, Pay, Stability, Team environment, Good time to be involved/ working for a growing organization

Cons

Like in any industry there is a lot of stress on high performance
