Management is a Disaster

Pros

If we are being completely honest there aren't to many Pros to speak of. You do get to work with a lot Fortune 500 organizations are have some freedom to work your own book.

Cons

The internal communication between management and Sales team is a disaster, there is a constant change with goal expectation and KPI focus on a regular basis. The lack of direction from the management is a borderline joke. Simple team functions like setting up a dinner fall flat on their face. Office/Team camaraderie is virtually non-existent. MGMT is willing to move on from great employees for minimal reasoning just to say they made a change to the CEO. Do not work here nothing good will come of it

Pros

-They cover a lot of industries which can help a sales case -The on boarding process seemed to be fine tuned, for the most part -The tool/database was easy to navigate, under one web based application

Cons

-Pushed back or didn't implement product improvement suggestions, when the data was clearly wrong or the tool had a bug -They have high KPI targets, but don't have the internal systems in place for you to hit them (i.e only having 200 Lusha credits, but needed to make 300 calls a month) - Management out of touch with the market and pushing their own narrative - The managers of the BD teams weren't very knowledgeable about the industries they oversaw, just sales processes. So trying to speak to them about technical challenges with the tool or industry details, was like speaking to a college student still trying to figure out their major. - Not permitted to attend events/conferences - No analyst support in the region.
