Ok product, some good and smart sales people. Not much else!

Cons

High turnover, - many people leave after less than 6 months. Some are pushed, many others jump! -Lack of transparency -Managers technique; Do as i say, not say as i do -Reduced comms … but increased Dividend to shareholders. Shows where priorities are.

You can make alright money but you won’t be coming out of there with success stories because the business is heavily monopolised by the managers who get the first pick and dubs on the money

Highly unprofessional environment with chauvinism. I did not enjoy working tjerr
