Pros
They hire graduates, and are willing to take on people in their first job People are nice, but generally management don’t care and you’re just a cog in the machine.
Cons
In my experience, you won’t get any support with personal development, and after a year will likely get bored with the job. I wasn’t given an opportunity to expand my skills beyond the basic ones required for my role. I did not have one salary review in my 2+ years at the company, and was not offered any type of appraisal until I was 2 years into the job, and even then I had to fight for it. No company benefits, lowest pension and holidays offer possible, and no bonus structure or salary review plan.
