      Good for freshers, on time salaries

      Cons

      No employer employee bonding, the Hr team doesnot look into serious problems of employees. No experience letters nor relieve letters nor terminations letters will be given..totally the Hr is ready to take revenge on an employee whom is doesnt like...they have spoiled my professional.career even though i served their company with commitment just for one small reason of taking medical leave...politics in teams and ego of Hr may land you into severe troubles...same happened to me also...miscommunication and misinterpretations among them spoiled my career.

      Pros

      Having worked for other reputable publishing firms, I can clearly state that there are no pros for working at Progressive

      Cons

      You may end up with a perforated ear drum from all the shouting from the "Sales Management" Team. The management team seem to stand by your side, shouting and barking orders at you. They lack the intelligence and training required to have high performing sales staff and assume that they're sales technique is good. Complete novices with a massive staff turn-over. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
