Upper management is delusional and sets up every other vertical besides Pharma to fail. As in every other sector is not remotely competitive.
They do not give any other team the sales tools required to be successful and in return do not take any of your feedback into consideration.
I had multiple conversations with them about pricing of the platform (we were 2/3 more expensive and probably offered 1/3 of the value compared to our competitors in the same space), what I was hearing from clients, & things to consider since our competition was beating us badly.
They ignored all the feedback with the ole chestnut of "WeLl YoU NeEd To SeLl ThE VaLuE" bs.....
They also flip flop on metrics/goals quite often without having substantial reasoning for the raise in the metrics. "you hit your goal this quarter. Let's double it next" mentality.
Also add in the fact they grossly under pay their employees for these positions. A true "Churn & Burn" strategy.
I have worked at multiple fortune 500 companies and I can say safely that this place is a mess.
Do yourself a favor and apply at Deloitte, Global Economist, S&P , Woodmack, or any of their competitors because at least you will have an opportunity for your career to succeed.
