      - You will learn very good sales skills (training is very good) - You can make a lot of commission if you are commited

      - Micro management - Some level of bullying by managers - Low basic - Management constantly on your back

      Most of the people are great Good location Annual Christmas and Summer parties ain't bad

      Like most of the reviews here, where to begin? This is not a position to work in for very long, eventually your life will be sucked out of you. Treated like children, worse actually. Being a graduate with no experience it was impossible for me to fully understand how poorly employees are treated here. The attitude is one of sell at all costs, lie as much as you need to, cheat your way to the top if thats what it takes. Borderline illegal methods used I believe. Standing up on your feet all day, not allowed to sit, not allowed to leave your desk, only one person from a bank able to use the restroom at a time. Lunch breaks often cut short to 30min if performance is poor. Many times we were forced to come in and work from 8am for weeks at a time.

      Pros

      The higher management invests a lot of effort in training new people, which has been very beneficial for starters. While the work involves a lot of cold calling, the relationship-building with clients has been an immensely satisfactory experience and hard workers have the potential to earn a lot.
