      The pay is decent. The location is good.

      Cons

      The people there are toxic and it comes from the top. Toxic people hire toxic people.

      FAKE GLASSDOOR REVIEWS

      Pros

      Flexible, hybrid work environment on occasion. Beware of all the positive Glassdoor reviews. They are probably all FAKE. New joiners are made to write positive Glassdoor reviews on their first week at the company. This is made mandatory by HR and considered as part of their on-boarding.

      Cons

      Very low salaries (lower than the legal minimum salary at some point) , no perks, no career progression or promotion opportunities and no official company-wide promotion processes , additional work and responsibilities are given to junior employees with no compensation, high turnover, very bad management, unstable work environment/ prone to frequent changes in job description, no communication or transparency with management, unrealistic expectations considering lack of resources.

      Good training, horrible culture

      Pros

      - They invest a lot in training which will be difficult to find anywhere else - If you survive, you will be a much better Sales person after - Good starting step as a first job

      Cons

      - Low pay - Boiler room sales environment - They will gaslight you into thinking your are terrible at your job, even if you are a top performer to justify not paying you a normal amount
