      Pros

      Delivery staff lower down the hierarchy are nice people to work with

      Cons

      Management are very poor at management. Research managers are not business managers, no matter how much research they know, and working 40+ hours means they are not dedicated to their work, but they do not know how to work smart. Salary is a big concern, its very very low the lower you are down the hierarchy, and raises seem like a big problem.

      Pros

      I can only speak for my team and the ones around me, but we get along very well, lots of good banter and the team incentives are always good fun.

      Cons

      the building isn't in the best shape, and the facilities (toilets and basement canteen) are always in a bad state
