Cons

Very laddy environment and management encourage a dog eat dog environment so nothing you work on is protected. Staff that manage to stay are left disillusioned as they do not promote the best performers but the best drinkers.

Pros

Great location in the middle of London, just by the river. Also, a big company with a lot of young people. Average ages are very low.

Cons

No career progression opportunities - salaries have been frozen for several years and at the same time there is a lot of turnover, so no real spirit. Huge differences in how teams are managed.
