Pros

good balance work-life, some colleagues are nice, great potential (wrong hands), no bad place to start the career but no longer than a year

Cons

No promotions, no pay rises (except for the top managers that at 5 clock are out of the office), no career, lies to employees, micromanagement, short sight in business, employees are treated like rubbish, if you have a problem at work there is no one to talk to because no one cares, bad organisation, lack of communication, slacker managers

Pros

If you are willing to work hard and don't expect things to land in your lap you will do well here. Hard work is essential but rather than moan about having to put the hours in more people on this site should learn that no employer is going to reward a mediocre level of performance.

Cons

Having to deal with a lot of generation Y employees who as mentioned above believe the world owes them a living and who want to live the London lifestyle without grafting for many years to achieve a high level of success, which the management here have done. If you want more holidays be a teacher. If you want a 9-5 go and work in admin.
