Fun environment No need to buy suits because everyone is under dressed Leave early on Fridays

No editorial integrity Too much micro-management Very unprofessional SSP paid for sick days Only 20 days holiday, 3 of which are taken over xmas Staff are encouraged to miss-sell and lie to clients Targets are out of line with business units and unrealistic Staff undervalued Very poor staff retention rate Health & Safety is ignored Offices are dirty Sales roles are all glorified tele-sales roles

Never had any pros worth to be shared and discussed. The only pro I could think of is it paid the salaries on time at least.

Cons

Right from the interview, the joining, the work allotment and the transparency the company had maintained is to create an illusion in the minds of the employee that they are committed towards mutual development but the exact opposite happens
