They literally treat others as lesser mortals if they know a couple of Excel formulas more. The level of frustation in the organization is evident from the high rate of attrition in the company which hires in large numbers throughout the year because people leave it at an unbelievable rate 7. Questionable data practices 8. An office that resembles a fish market 9. Unbelievably tough working hours sometimes running into the next day without pay 10. The desktops are literally ancient and so is the Excel versions in use 11. One learns nothing than putting hours after hours pasting data in Excel from other Web Pages and PDFs
