Good initial training on sales was provided, good work life balance

Cons

The complex product and long sales cycle requires a high level of industry specific knowledge and general understanding about the internal processes of target accounts. Although initial sales training was great, I had to learn this on my own and often had to apply what I learned to create my own sales messages.
