Colleges are a good laugh Everyone seems to have a good work ethic and are incredibly knowledgeable around the different aspects and variables of the business

They hire fairly easily and quickly

Cons

High table desks so you’re forced to stand up and make 100 calls a day with 2 hours minimum on the phone. Management treat you like school kids and micro manage, no kitchen area or microwave. Just a very poor place to work.
