      Pros

      Some good pros like, constantly getting trained up from basics to advanced which keeps you sharp. Get bunch of people to work with as you can easily make good friends there

      Cons

      They like to move people on quickly if you do not fit a certain mould. Also sometimes the work load can be overwhelming
