      Great company for any salesperson, lot's of training, strong products and excellent commission.

      Pros

      Good team culture. Excellent sales and product training. Great location. Lots of incentives, including a boat trip to Ibiza. Doesn't have the red tape other companies have. Product in Healthcare is very strong. And most importantly you can earn amazing commission, up to 20%!

      Cons

      Custom work doesn't count against target. Need more gents toilets. Ignore the reviews on here from failing salespeople and disgruntled analysts, anyone who is good and positive stays in the company for a long time.

      My immediate team are nice. You get good responsibility from day one. Free pizza every last Friday

      Cons

      No atmosphere. Sales are paid so much while analysts are on nothing, we have no bonus or profit share even if we go above and beyond. My team is about 40% of full capacity, no body stays.
