      Awful place to work

      Pros

      Good location. You get paid. Nearly everyone washes their hands after using the toilet.

      Cons

      Toxic environment where progression and pay rises are virtually non-existent, employees are treated as replaceable and this impacts everyone's work ethic. Decisions are made by the CEO alone and are implemented by his circle of yes men with no thought about employee morale. Company is entirely run to keep costs down and maximise profit, presumably to be sold in the next few years. Office facilities are awful, no tea or coffee, the toilets are comparable to a grotty boozer. Don't believe the good reviews on here, that is management's way to counteract all the real bad ones.

      Excellent Company - Never Looked Back Once

      Pros

      Excellent training package 3-6 months Unrivalled commission scheme - half the office are earning 6 figures + Regular bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance rewards and incentives - personally have flown out to several holidays paid for by the company Warm atmosphere in a blue chip company, very relaxed environment for a corporate setting - not as pressured as some of the glassdoor reviews on here, bearing in mind I am a current employee and never had any prior sales experience. GlobalData picked me up and made me into the new business hunter I am now

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance needs a bit of adjusting The more harder you work the more you earn (commission) however this often leaves little or no time for social engagements early into the career Extremely competitive attitude within each team - territory clashes! However all these cons are really negligible in comparison to the benefits

      Pros

      Excellent training program which accommodates for graduate and more advanced business development positions. Hands-on management approach where individual progression is constantly reviewed. Management which genuinely cares for individual career progression whilst incentivizing consistent performance. Sociable working environment balanced with an emphasis on positive work ethic.

      Cons

      There is no easy route to progression. Simply put, what you put in is what you get out, both in terms of job responsibilities and financial progression. If you are willing to go the extra mile, it will not be without its rewards. Competitive environment really stands out, which I understand some might find to be a con. Personally, I believe it drives individual and team progression and comes naturally to a sales BD role.
