Pros

Genuinely can't think of any.

Cons

Incredibly uninspiring company culture, unless you work in sales. Employees feel unbelievably under-valued. There is no morale or company culture to speak of. Different business units still operate very separately to each other. Wildly unfair salaries across the same job. No training, nobody to learn from, no career progression, no learning curve.

Pros

When I first joined this position, I was a recent graduate and had just been thrown into the adult world. This job not only welcomed me in, but took the time to help me develop my sales skills and understood how to best enhance my natural ability. There are a few key benefits of a Sales Executive or even Account Manager position at Kable any new employee should be aware of: - The Commission - Having worked at the company for over 2 years and meeting several people in similar positions to my own, it is clear that the overall commission structure at Kable is unrivaled. It is not difficult to be taking home an extra £2000 on top of your base salary. - The Work/Life Balance - This is a job which is extremely demanding and should not be considered by anyone looking to sit back and relax, however if you are driven enough to get results then the fun follows immediately. There is a fantastic group of people with a the ability to (dare i say it) 'work hard, play hard'. This makes it a really fun place to be. - The Progression - It is very simple in this job. If you do well consistently. You will be promoted and get pay rises. Every promotion or pay rise is based purely on figures. Essentially, if you can justify why you should be rewarded, you will be rewarded. - The Training - Rather than the training being at the very start and never seen again, this is a job that is still training you years into the job; The sort of training which other professionals would be willing to pay thousands of pounds for. This doesn't only prepare you for this job, but rather, for a life in sales.

Cons

This job requires a level of hard work, perseverance, mental stamina that unless you can cope with it, you will not enjoy. You must be incredibly driven and have the ability to be knocked down time and time again and still get back up and keep going.
