      Pros

      I worked at the Basingstoke office for Canadean. The pros here are flexi-time, free tea/coffee/squash, and nice work colleagues/manager.

      Cons

      Since PDM took over Canadean they lowered the pay significantly of new employees, this means that whilst there is a quick turnover of new staff, the staff on originally Canadean contracts do not move on. The real problems are the low pay, lack of progression (several people have been here 3+ years and haven't progressed at all) and the job role itself. As a beverage analyst most of the work is just correcting text problems, no real analysis.

      Except few teams, relaxed work environments Great annual party HR is now engaging employees in better way with corporate events

      Cons

      Some teams have high workload Huge uncertainty in most of the cases Decisions taken at HQ (London) are reflected here without considering Indian situation Teams can be created and vanished in span of 6 months - be prepared If company stakeholders are not interested, your team will lie in dust and mostly unrecognized - be prepared It is more of a SARKAARI company, compulsory business formals (Shirt+Pant) is just not done.

      Pros

      Hands down- Best in class product. No frills. If your priority is perks i.e free lunch, company backpack and sweaters- this place is not for you. If you are serious about furthering your career- this is a place to consider. Sr vp of sales is extremely knowledgeable and will help you further develop you and your career- IF you put in the work- sky's the limit. If you understand your clients position and the business information resources they leverage- you can and will win them away from competition.

      Cons

      No perks, somewhat remote as it is a satellite office however analyst team and Sr management in New York and Boston.
